knows the biggest challenge comes right at the point of sale.  
"You've got the customer ready to buy, but getting their order  
information can be a frustrating experience," says John Orfali,

often heard stories of businesses taking months to get their order  
forms functional," Orfali said. 

Many businesses are displaying entire catalogues on their web  
sites. Order processing is large, detailed, and often complicated. 
IO Manager allows orders to be gathered and automatically  
transferred to the company database. The program works in tandem  
with other programs such as FormMail which are commonly available,  
some for free. 

As simple as that sounds, getting all the details from the web site  
to the database is more often a trial of patience. "IO Manager  
turns the Internet into the smooth method of doing business that it  
was intended to be," Orfali said. "For a very small investment, we  
can take the hassle out of processing orders." 

Can Do Application Solutions, Inc. will also design your website,  
complete with automated ordering. "For a few hundred dollars you  
can have a very nice web site that attracts customers, gets orders,  
and sends you the sales information. That's a really low price for  
getting your business before millions of prospects," Orfali noted.

a Maine-based manufacturer of high quality handsewn dress and casual  
shoes, and Regent Press, a San Francisco Bay Area publishing company.
